Located in the rear of the Tradewind the bathroom is a neat, compact space. I was pleased to see almost no rust around the sink and that the paint in the shower still looks good. Will the toilet need repair? I think I better check the tanks first. lol I have been thinking of running water through the system, the last place it was connected there was a direct connection to a septic system.

Mirror over sink
The mirror over the sink slides open for storage. Light on Right is 110 (street side) and works. Yes, that's me in the mirror.
Pink Sink
The sink is pink and there is very little rust or corrosion around the stainless band. Counter top fair, stain upper left. I suspect the faucets will need replacing as they show their age, then again new washers work wonders in old faucets. Street to right.
Lou
Still need to clean the shower and potty. Stood in the shower and the floor seems firm. Toilet is white shower floor pink. Curb side.
Shower Cealing
Somehow I doubt the shower curtain rod is supposed to be wedged on top if the cabinet. Perhaps it went to the hook? Not much damage to the paint in this area. Curb side.

Considering the age over all condition of the plumbing seems fairly good.
